Situation

The Sarnoff Web site had been redesigned several years ago and the maintenance on the site had been lax. Therefore, much of the information was no longer appropriate. One of the major concerns within the organization was that the Web site represented several different internal divisions accurately.

Solution

WalkerTek conducted research on the overall Web site with employees, customers and vendors. Our research process concluded with a formal report including recommendations on features and functionality that would suit the needs of Sarnoff's collective audience.

Results

The Web site utilizes features that allow several key areas to be promoted on the homepage and WalkerTek developed a dynamic Flash area that allows the client to easily make changes with some simple text edits. The site was also developed in a content management system that allows key personnel at Sarnoff to keep the content on the site accurate and up-to-date.
