Determine the effectiveness of content, features, navigation, and functionality of Sarnoff’s corporate web site that had an older design and represented several different divisions working within a wide range of industries.

Solution

• Devised and implemented comprehensive research strategy to capture extensive customer, vendor, and employee quantitative and qualitative data regarding web site perception and usage.
• Prepared an extensive formal report that offered a detailed data analysis and recommendations for changes to be made immediately as well as features and functionality that should be added to meet the needs of Sarnoff’s collective audience.

Web site now utilizes features that allow several key areas to be promoted effectively on the homepage.

Site developed in a content management system that allows key personnel at Sarnoff to keep content accurate and up-to-date.

Developed a dynamic Flash area that allows client to easily make changes with simple text edits.
