Create a user-friendly, complex, pay-for-leads, web-based co-op management system for Prudential’s over 4,000 agents that is managed by a third party. Ensure all agents can access their co-op account information online and see the exact ads that are available for use. Ensure this site is consistent with Prudential’s marketing and advertising strategy, and meets IT specifications.

Solution

• Created extranet system site design with an integrated look and feel that maintains co-op account information for each agent, a library of advertisements (print, online, and video), and the various programs for which that agent qualifies for based on several different criteria.
• Designed a multi-level navigation strategy that enables agents to log-in with individual password to easily access content and also efficiently drill down to in-depth details, view programs, advertisements, and request ad placements.
• Built a highly complex, comprehensive, and secure back end with a number of systems including but not limited to a lead management system, personnel audit system, customizable banner management system, e-commerce system with calculation, invoicing, and payment functionality.

Impact

This site passed Prudential’s stringent, multi-phased quality assurance standards with flying colors. This online system has become the central database for agent information and significantly simplified the process for agents to access key account information. The site has become one of Prudential’s most significant and successful marketing efforts. WalkerTek continues to host, operate, and manage this sophisticated site.
